October 19, 2005   Extra Innings Grand Opening

Warwick, RI – Extra Innings, a brand new state-of-the-art indoor baseball facility in Warwick, will hold its Grand Opening on Saturday, October 29 from 10a to 4p.  Meet URI Head Coach, Jim Foster, as well as Extra Innings professional instructors.  The Score AM/FM will broadcast its Producers show live from 10a to 12:45p and the Score’s SportsBeat host Bryan Morry will be on hand from 1p to 3p.  NorthEast Sports Training will be holding baseball specific strength & conditioning clinics throughout the day and players can register for upcoming clinics and enter to win a one-year membership and other great prizesindoor batting and pitching tunnels and a fully stocked Pro Shop that carries the top names in baseball and softball equipment and apparel.

The facility's multi-use tunnels are 68 feet by 14 feet and are equipped with adjustable pitching machines, pitching mounds, L-screens and balls. Each tunnel is fully turfed and available for rental on a half-hour and hourly basis. Extra Innings Warwick will also offer private and group baseball and softball instruction, camps and clinics featuring its staff of former and current professional players, college all-stars and area high school and college coaches.

March 1, 2005   Extra Innings Unveils "Play The Game" Equipment and Apparel Line

Warwick, RI – March 1, 2005– Extra Innings, the Warwick, RI based indoor baseball and softball training facility, today unveiled the new Extra Innings brand of apparel and equipment. The Extra Innings product line is designed for baseball and softball players by people who play the game and is available only at Extra Innings Pro Shops.

The Extra Innings "Play The Game" apparel line features socks, hats, sliding pants, game pants, hitting shirts, coaches shirts and practice jackets. The equipment line features batting gloves, bat bags, balls and training devices.
